Shelford Support Group
We offer door-to-door car journeys for people who need them in the Shelfords and Stapleford area. Transport is provided by local volunteers using their own cars.
WHERE CAN I GO?We provide transport to DOCTORS, DENTISTS, OPTICIANS, CHIROPODISTS, HOSPITALS, etc.
WHAT DOES IT COST?Fares for return journeys to local destinations start at £3.50.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A LIFT?By phone, through our co-ordinators Rosie, John and Marjorie who work on a weekly rota basis.
We take calls Monday – Friday, from 8am - 5pm.
